I am looking for Ebay to stand up to the Ebay Company called Canada Battery Store

This member sent to me a camera that did not work and with pieces that were junk. I followed Canada Battery's return policy perfectly and sent it back to them, at my cost. The communication was great until my feedback opportunity had expired. Canada Battery Store then blocked me like a bunch of cowards and Ebay will not take my claim seriously. I wonder how many other people this has happened to?
