Over 2 weeks ago I reported to eBay that I was not receiving e-mails from eBay when auction(s) closed. It's still not fixed as recently as moments ago when one of my auctions closed. Communication Preference settings are fine and have been. Any quick answers, folks? Thanks.

Why is it when I relist items my pictures dissappear the as I relist. Its very frustrating that I need to reload the pictures every time. Does anyone else have the same problem?

As of yesterday my Summary page looks entirely different and there is a "more from seller" window which displays as the cursor passes over an item. I can't close it and it prevents me from seeing anything else on the page (Bids/Offers, Watch List) and any more than 5 purchase items. How can I set...

Buyers are paying but Shipping Costs are omitted resulting in having to issue a separate invoice thru PayPal in order to get money to mail parcel. Today no e-mail notifications being received at close of auction.

I have found that my one retraction occurred nearly a year ago but still shows up in my last six month count. The last six month number shows up when other bidders click on my hidden ID. The twelve month number shows up in my feedback as a bidder. Has anyone else experienced this? I suspect that...

the buyers have paid but paypal doesnt show it in my paypal account. ebay transactions #260989860765 and #251026850116 indicate processing by paypal but the link is invalid. The one payer has asked why I did not accept payment?? This is new to me please help.

my search page has shrank and has become difficult to see. The weird thing is it's just when I'm on the search page, all my other ebay pages are normal. I can't figure out how to enlarge the text and why its happen......can anyone help
