I bought an item which shows up on my pay pal account but not on my ebay recent purchases summary. As well, when I check the tracking, it has been sent and delivered to the wrong address. So I have paid for my item and it was successfully delivered to someone else and I cannot select the item to contact ebay to initiate a resolution.

Is the wrong address in Kentucky?

Specifically Erlanger KY?

If so, there is no problem. At least no more than anyone who accidentally bought something under the Global Shipping Program.

If the address is NOT in KY, contact your seller and explain what has happened.

Do you back your Paypal account with a credit card? If the address is NOT in KY, this may be very important.
