Item of magnets offen lost on postage

I live in Montreal Canada .Please could you help me to know:

  Why Some item of magnet I bought on Ebay ( from China) was offend bee lost on the postage (40% lost ) . Many thank you

If these are small magnets that could possibly be swallowed by children then they are banned in Canada and the USA so customs is probably seizing them. You should check with Canada Customs before buying any more.

Do you mean the item was never delivered?

Go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute. You will be refunded.

Do you mean the package was delivered by damaged and empty?

There will be markings on the package from Canada Post explaining.
