I just purchased a phone from US and the phone had faulty display and seller agreed on return request. He send me a PDF pre paid shipping label (usps) and i used the label to drop off the package at my local Canada post. The lady at the post office said people always do this and you dont worry, when i asked for a receipt or tracking. Now it is almost a month and seller never received it claiming the label has never been used (if you try tracking using USPS label, this is true).
Ebay says they cant do anything since i have no receipt or tracking number from Canada post.
The seller is not very flexible, when i asked him if he could check returned items.
What should i do?
