Two counterfeit items from same seller - can only "contact seller" to request refund on one of them

I ordered two sets of DVD's, but because they were both from the same seller, and purchased at the same time, they were both grouped together as one order.  Under the order, I was able to "contact seller", but I was not able to do so under the individual items.

 

I went ahead and "contacted seller" to request a refund as the discs I got are clearly bootlegs.  However, it has applied the refund request to only one of the items.  When I look at my purchase history, the item in the request has moved to the bottom of my purchase page, however the other item is still at the top, and under "More actions", I only have the options "view similar items", "sell this item", and "hide order".

Is there a way to also request a refund on the other item, as both sets of DVD's were bootlegs?
