Forget it till a week after the latest estimated delivery date, then start an item not received claim.
GSP tracking is notoriously useless and fussing over it won't get the item any sooner.

Your US seller shipped the item to PitneyBowes International inKentucky, probably by USPS and using Confirmation of Delivery. That the 'tracking' number you saw.
But PB uses its own internal tracking, which is not made public.
Doesn't mean anything. It will get to you.
The promised delivery is still five to fourteen days in the future.
Calm down. It takes about 15 to 20 days to get from pretty well anywhere in the States to pretty well anywhere in Canada. Other numbers are optimistic. If you live in a isolated place it takes longer. But isolated would mean Old Crow NT.
If it doesn't arrive by Day 30 from payment, start an Item Not Received dispute and get your money back.
