The feedback disappeared and I can't retrieve it. This seller was making a custom item and once completed the shipping was very quick and the item was wonderful. There is no longer any link to feedback so I can't send it to her. How do I contact eBay to have it put back?

You only have 60 days to leave feedback. Did that time pass before you tried? With custom items this can happen.
You can add a Response to her feedback left, if any, although that will not count on her score.
If less than 60 days have passed, go to your Paypal account, click on the title of the listing. That will take you to the listing. You should be able to leave feedback from there.
