One or two small wrongs are enough for this big penalty ?

Are you saying you've been sanctioned for 'conducting business outside ebay'? Please explain what happened.

'Conducting business outside ebay' on an ebay-created listing is literally the biggest sin on the site. 

All you can do is accept your fate and chalk it up as a learning experience not to repeat.
