I got a registered "non-payment" because the seller did NEVER specify the shipping cost.....!!!!????

The payment button stayed 'blurred' and so it was impossible to pay !

Moreover the seller never answered my questions. He even opened an ebay case against me because of this !!!

Order details seem to be "erased" from the ebay website : 

"The following critical errors have occurred.

Order Service temporarily unavailable or invalid parameters in the request URL."

Before buying, did you confirm that the seller shipped to Canada?

If he doesn't, don't bid. (Or ask him to manually accept your bid and add a shipping cost.)

Don't bid unless there is a shipping cost to Canada on the listing. If you do, and the seller did not specify the S&H, he can charge anything he feels reasonable and eBay will back him.
