I'm not getting my refund PayPal claim didn't work

I bought this iPhone a month ago and in the description it said no returns accepted but then I received the phone and it was completely different from what it was described like the color was different the battery didn't work and lots of other details I was really unhappy so I contacted the seller and he didn't even care to answer with respect after selling me that completly different item and told me to return it if I'm not satisfied so I did return it and filed a PayPal report. The report eventually closed and the seller didn't pay me yet. I really need help what do I do?

Call PayPal and see where this case stands in terms of a refund.

If more than 45 days have passed from purchase, you cannot open a Dispute.

 

Instead go to the credit card you actually paid with and open a chargeback at the card's 1-800 customer service number. You may have to provide proof of delivery and almost certainly will have to provide proof of mailing.

 

Cards have deadlines too, so act promply. Have all your dates, payment amounts, currency used, and transaction numbers handy to help the CS rep with your refund.
