Is there a way to have ebay watch for predetermined item and then contact you when it's listed

I'm looking to purchase a specific item, witch is rarely listed, and I was wondering if eBay has a mechanism to scan the selling items and contact you by email.  I'd like to have eBay find a description that matches and then email me of the listing.  I thought that the "Wish List"  might be the answer, but it doesn't seem so.
