If you have an Unpaid Item case opened against you it means the seller didn't cancel the order.
You can call Customer Service to have it appealed. Users can usually get one free 'whoops' removed from their account, particularly if you can demonstrate the seller told you that she would cancel.
In future, be sure to contact the seller prior to purchase if you don't see a postage cost indicated.
