Buyers can shop safely and comfortably without problems if they know how to handle issues that may come up and where to find reparation should they need it.  

At the risk of repeating myself repeating myself, on ebay you have 30 days after the last delivery date.   The ebay buyer protection policy, and the bit about timelines, is explained here:

If ever the ebay deadline has passed, buyers have 180 days to file with payal (nearly 6 months) for an item that does not show up.  Section 13.5 of paypal's Buyer Protection explains this:

Most problems, however, can be solved best with a kindly worded note to the seller.  At least that is the thing to try first.  And of course, to keep in mind that mail order is slow and cheap little items from Asia can take 2 months to arrive.  If they come sooner, -- Hurray!   But a lot of the "missing item" problems are really just slow items and not problems at all.

Unless of course one is a seller where it becomes an "impatient buyer" problem. Smiley Wink
