Items arrive after 60 days - Feedback

I have received items from China that have taken longer than 60 days to arrive.  How do I leave the seller positive feedback after 60 days?

You can leave a response to any feedback that a seller may have left you, which may not be ideal but is a way to sort of work around the limits imposed by eBay.

If the seller has left you feedback, you can reply to that feedback.

But after 60 days there is (currently) no way to create a new feedback on eBay.  It's a legacy from the days when almost everything arrived in less than 2 months.
