Where are you getting these emails?
You do not provide much information, so anyone here has little to go on. But if you paid
for an item it will appear in your Purchase History (accessible from the My eBay at the top
of the page) and the little dollar $ign icon will be deep blue.
An item not yet paid for will have that dollar $ign icon a pale grey.
Assuming yours shows deep blue, are the messages coming to your regular email?
When you hover your mouse (cursor) over the 'from' address, is it truly from ebay?
There is a big problem with 'phishing' emails, -- fakes sent by scammers to get you to send
them money.
So first check your Purchase History. Then, if you have a paypal account, check the Transactions
to see if you have indeed paid.
If there are no unpaid items in your Purchase History, you can always forward those emails on to
spoof@paypal.com (if the emails claim to be from paypal) or spoof@ebay.com (if they claim to be
from ebay, -- and the folks there will tell you in minutes if they are fakes or not.
