I've never seen this before. I know that import charges increase as your item fets more expensive, but shouldn't shipping fee stay the same?

This is something to do with GSP?

It is possible that you were looking at a domestic (US) shipping rate and when you bid, the shipping changed to Canada based on your Canadian registration.

If there are no bids on the item and it's still a few days from closing, the seller can also revise postage services and/or costs. Is it possible this is what happened?
