Contact the seller and ask for the tracking number, the date of shipping and the service used.
Many sellers do not waste your money on tracking because the international postal system is very reliable. I speak as a mail order seller since the 1980s.
Sometimes things are slow, but almost everything arrives.
So don't worry if the seller doesn't have a number. The date and service are more important.
If there is no response there is a problem.
BUT.
If your purchase does not arrive by Day 20 after your payment clears (Day 30 if the seller is overseas) go to the Resoluttion Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute.
If the seller cannot prove delivery, he is required to refund you.
If he does not, Paypal will and go after him for their money.
