From the date of purchase allow
10-15 days for delivery from Europe
15-20 days for delivery from North America
20-30 days for delivery from Asia.
If you don't have the item by then, contact the seller and ask for the date of shipping, the service used and the tracking number. Don't worry if there is no tracking number, it only is useful to the seller in these cases.
Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. This is a fairly new, but regrettably common scam. If the seller does not offer a refund open a Dispute.
The seller may ask for a few days wait, that's reasonable as long as the proposed date is less than 45 days from purchase.
If the refund does not appear on the date and you have not received your item, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.
Your first step is to contact the seller . You have already done that. Go to step two and escalate to a Claim.
If the seller does not refund you, Paypal will and then go after him for their money. This will be unpleasant for him.
But you will have your money back.
If the item shows up after you have the refund, you can return the refund by using Paypal's Send Money service. Because ethically neither you nor the seller can have both item and money.
You have 60 days to leave feedback. Don't rush it.
