I bought an item on eBay with my credit card and never received it. I did not log in before purchasing so I do not have any info regarding the seller.

Phone the 1-800 customer service number for your credit card and enquire about a chargeback for non-receipt.

The CS clerk may have to help you find the transaction so any information you do have (amount of payment, date of payment) would help her a lot.
