what do i do because seller has reported to ebay dat i refuse to pay............i told seller that shipping was free on the listing and now am charged for shipping but seller has not responded to that question.

Does the seller ship to Canada?

Is shipping listed as being Free to Canada? Check under the Shipping and Handling tab.

In addition to femme's answer, there is a known glitch on mobile devices showing free shipping when in fact, it's not free.
RIP Jann & Charlie Keller. You followed each other to heaven too soon. We miss you both!
