I have a potential customer in Mexico, with a US broker address.

He says he is not able to place an offer.

"The system does not permit me offer, it says because my address is in Mexico"

Is he being rejected because of his registered address? shipping address? other?

This is really a question he should be asking, but I thought I would see if anyone from Mexico knows what might be going wrong.

I have no issues selling to US purchasers.

If he has a US address to ship to, there should be no problem. Non-US residents use trans-shippers all the time, particularly Japanese and South Korean buyers.

Can your customer make a bid at full asking price?

Frankly offering a discount to a customer with questionable ability to receive the item would be a sign that the transaction is not meant to be.
