Is there a way to retroactively get Aeroplan points for a purchase ?

I usually sign in to eBay through my Aeroplan account but forgot to do so on my last purchase.  Is there any way to get those points after the transaction is completed ?

I doubt it but you can try calling the points program to see if they will do you a courtesy award.

Thanks for the suggestion.

eBay don't even acknowledge the existance of the partnership.  Aeroplan say they do nor have access to the needed info unless you sign in through their site to make the transaction.

I had no idea that aeroplan and eBay were associated so I'm glad that you mentioned it.  It looks like it applies to eBay.ca only which is likely why eBay customer service doesn't know about it.  They are rarely familiar with anything thst is specfic just for .ca

The 'association' is a sort of peripheral on.

Aeroplan have quite a long list of online retailers that can be accessed through their website - eBay are just one of those.

Cheers,

Robin
