Go to the original listing.

On the right look for Contact Seller OR click on the number beside the seller's name which will take you to the seller's feedback page .

On the feedback page on the right you will see Contact Seller.

Explain the problem to him.

BE CAREFUL!!

If your seller is in Asia, English is not his first language.

If you do not spell your problem correctly, or if your grammar is wrong, he will not understand you. And if he puts your post into an online translator, he will get nonsense.

Have a friend with better English skills check your complaint before you send it.

 

Do NOT get into a discussion with the seller.

You want to return the incorrect tint and get a refund.

You do NOT want a replacement.

If you ordered the wrong size, you will have to pay to return the incorrect one to the seller.

If he sent the wrong size, he will have to pay for return shipping.

 

If he is not helpful, and helpful means a refund, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

Open a Dispute.

When prompted, return the tint.

When you can prove the shipment has arrived back at the seller, you will be refunded.
