on hold with ebay for over 40 minutes now

OMG, I have been on hold with Ebay contact center over 40 minutes!!!   How can I contact them via email.   They have charged a listing fee erroneously and want to get it sorted out before it gets invoiced.   This is crazy.  Can I email them?  Will they answer?  Thanks.

They will answer-- eventually.

The usual advice from your fellow members here on the Boards is, pee before calling, find a comfy chair, bring a refreshing beverage and a good book.

 

FWIW-- It is not unusual for a fee to show on the daily account page that corrects itself by the actual invoice.

 

If you want to disclose the details, some of the experienced busybodies sellers here may be able to help you.

I echo the first reply.

 

Deep-breathing exercises also help. (That, and a home blood pressure monitor kit.) Also, I always take notes on who I speak to at Customer Serviced and what I tell them. And what they tell me in return.
