Are you shipping from Plattsburgh or from China?

If the former, are you using a tracked service?

The Shape and Size link is the one to use.

If the latter, tell your customers that.

Location is supposed to be the location of the item, not of the seller.

And slow or no delivery is one of the many pitfalls of dropshipping.

Otherwise.

Since your problem is likely to be Item Not Received disputes, have you considered using Cookie Jar Insurance?

This means that instead of paying for tracking or postal insurance, you add a small premium, usually less than a dime, to every asking price, to cover the occasional Dispute.

When you get a complaint, you refund from the dimes in the Cookie Jar. You save money on tracking and third party insurance costs.

If you are getting a lot of complaints about non-delivery, not to put too fine a point on it, look at your customer demographics. Your customers , in my opinion, are a high fraud demographic.

How do you know the orders are with Customs? Did you send your items with tracking?
