Global Shipping - Any idea why they won't ship a vacuum tube to Canada and if there is any way to as

Any idea why a 60 year old vacuum tube (iconoscope) can't be shipped to Canada,.  It certainly isn't a restricted item in my books but they seem to think it is?  Any way of contacting them?

They might have lumped it with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krytron

Then first result when I googled "vacuum tube iconoscope USA export restrictions"

Those are parts of television sets aren't they?

It seems to me that some vaccuum tubes contained heavy metals and that might be the problem.
