Has he bid or has he bought?

If he has bought, you can send him an invoice through the Paypal 'Send Money' service. Be sure to mention the eBay # and title in the text box, so that both of you and PP/eBay can see that this is an eBay transaction.

When he pays the PP invoice, mark the item Paid manually and ship.

BTW, before you complete this, are you sure you understand how much it will cost to ship to the UK. I've been listing paperbacks and a 101-200 gram book costs $10.30 to ship LetterPost and $9.37 Small Packet Air. Neither service is trackable or insurable.

If he has been unable to bid, go to your Seller Preferences and take off the Block on overseas sales.

If the item is high value, be sure to use a TRACKABLE service. Also AIR MAIL. Seriously, this is important.
