If you have received a refund for an item that did not arrive and two months later the item is delivered, how do you repay the seller?

Contact seller to start to let them know you have received it. The seller will then provide you instructions as to how to Send Money via paypal. On behalf of all sellers on ebay, thank you for being honest about eventually receiving it.
