EBay didn't sell it to you.

A seller did.

You need to return the item with Confirmation of Delivery to get a refund.

Some Confirmed Delivery services are Expedited Parcel, ExpressPost and Priority Post. Check canadapost.ca for costs and dimensions accepted. Look under Business Rates where there are more choices.
