Well, here's the basic one to bookmark.
Most parcel services have barcodes and are tracked.
Not all are tracked to every destination.
Don't ship outside North America until you have at least 10 Detailed Seller Ratings showing (rule of thumb only).
And don't ship until you see the money in your Paypal account.
And when you are told by That Customer that USPS is cheaper there is this one:

Your question is a bit vague, as to your starting point (have been selling in Canada, or have never sold and shipped before), and what you want to sell (different approaches depending on value/theft attractiveness).

Start with a search on Canada Post here on ebay Community Canada. Read read read. Then expand to the whole Shipping category under Discussion or Answer Centre. Shipping from Canada cannot be mastered overnight but it can certainly be mastered.
