Trying to print a Canada Post label but I received this error
Shipping insurance is not available for the combination of options you have chosen. Please change your selection(s) and try again.
Changed from KG to LB & from CM to inches but still get the same
The first package sent without insurance, but now have one for $50 to send from Toronto to Calgary & prefer to get the insurance
Any idea how to solve this problem quick so I can ship it today...
Thanks in advance
Which service are you choosing?
Up to $100 insurance is automatically included for Priority and XpressPost but you have to pay $2.05 for $100 insurance on Regular Parcel.
Insurance is pretty useless, if you package to prevent damage.
Tracking is useful for sellers, especially if you mistrust the buyer. This is included on all three services above.
