That is a GSP item, meaning it will be shipped with the Global Shipping Program. It is not a very fast service, but usually quite reliable.
The way it works is the seller mails the item to Kentucky, where the parcel is assessed and forwarded on to you. Your first tracking number therefore might say "delivered" to Kentucky but that is only the first part of the journey.
If clicking on the tracking number does not give you a pop-up window with new information, you can enter the tracking number here and it should work,
