service was used.

The tracking numbers are only useful to sellers and then only in cases where a Not Received dispute is opened.

How long has it been since you purchased?

You only have 45 days to open a dispute.

It takes about 7-15 days for delivery from Europe.

It takes about 15-20 days for delivery from North America.

It takes about 30days for delivery from Asia.

If those more realistic times have passed, since the seller is not responding, go to the Resolution Centre in the top right corner of this page and open a Dispute.

Either the seller or Paypal will refund you if the seller cannot provide proof of delivery.
