The seller will ship to your address on your PAYPAL account, not your eBay one.
They don't have to match.
You can add several other addresses to Paypal. At one time these were called 'gift addresses' for reasons that should be obvious.
You may have to explain to your seller why the addresses do not match. It makes some sellers nervous.
You may not be able to add an address in another country. That makes sellers VERY nervous.
