The shipment label from ebay shipping center was put on the wrong parcel, so I received someone else's order and I assume they received my order. What do I do to fix this?

The GSP includes a page explaining that they opened and repacked an item. If it's not there, the problem started with the seller.

Do contact the seller, in case the problem was at his end and not the GSP plant.

Usually packages are opened to ascertain where the item was made, which makes a difference in duty being charged. The seller can prevent this in future by clearly marking the origin of the item.

However, I think you will have to settle for a refund. Who knows where your purchase is? It may not even have gone to another customer of your seller.

Go to the bottom of this page and open an Item Not As Described dispute.

Contact the seller and explain your case with pictures or scans as proof.

The seller will contact eBay.

That's the only way to get your purchase back.

Good luck.
