Shipping with Fed Ex in Canada

Can someone toss me the link to ebay's FedEx FAQ page, please? I've been up and down the Help pages and I can't seem to find it. I did, however, find a shipping calculator for Canada Post that had rates from 2013 and the link to UPS which isn't super helpful. 

Also, anyone with insight to share on using FedEx through ebay...? Good, bad or ugly.

Every time I sign in, on the very first page, right beside "recently viewed items", there's a big box about eBay and FedEx.  If you click on it, it takes you to the link.

Thank you, I tried that. It used to be there. Now, I get merely the new sign-in dialogue box.
