How advisable is it to ship to Russia?

I understand other sellers resist shipping to certain countries. Are there any known issues with shipping to Russia?

They are dealing with civil unrest and are at war with Ukraine.

There can be slowdowns at customs.

I wouldn't ship anything high value or electronic there. But I do ship there, mostly copies of Robert's Rules of Order, for some reason.
