Why I can't see my tracking information?

There is no tracking information. It just tell me what I bought has been shipped. Is there someone can help me to solve this prolblem?

Why is it a problem? Maybe the shipment does not have tracking.

If you are worried, contact your seller and ask if there is tracking.

If you paid with paypal you have 45 days of protection for non-delivery.

If you bought an item within Canada that was shipped by plain old Canada Post lettermail, you won't have tracking. It doesn't exist on the service. Ditto for some of the economical international postal services. If you are apprehensive about not receiving your item, contact the seller and ask for clarification on the shipment date and tracking number but BE SURE TO MARK YOUR PAYMENT DATE ON A CALENDAR for about 30 days post-payment. You have 45 days to open a claim with paypal. Don't wait until the last minute.
