tracking number starts with UPAAB .. been a month.. cannot track.. help!

I ordered a parcel from california coming to Nova Scotia.. the tracking number starts with UPAAB0000000 ... it's been over a month now, and i'm unable to track it , I have contacted the seller about it but no reply yet.. It says it was shipped feb 28.. we are now april 3 ..

can anyone tell me what's going on or how to proceed??
