I ordered a Halloween decoration but wasn't able to pay for it because I got the message "denied by the card issuer".
I know I have enough money on my account, and other transactions went through without a problem.
After contacting the seller asking that they cancel my order, they requested that I send payment to their g mail address.
I'm not very experienced with online transactions, so I'm not sure what I should do here. Should I keep asking for them to cancel or buy another prepaid visa card and try again...?
Any help would be appreciated...thank you.
