Your seller is probably fairly large if he accepts Visa directly.
If you want confirmation that your payment went through, call Visa. They will have a record.
The seller may not note payment, or shipping date as she goes. Instead she may do this in bulk a few times a week. Same with feedback.
If you used a credit card to pay through Paypal, the payment will be noted on your PP account. This is more usual with smaller and overseas sellers.
In any case, allow up to 20 days for delivery. This is mail order when we get down to it. For Asian orders allow 30 days (but no more).
