Partial refunds

Was shorted product and received only a partial refund. How do I proceeded to have the full value of shorted product returned? Thanks

You should go to the Resolution Centre and open an Item Not Described case, stating that you received a partial refund but not one in your opinion that reflected the value of what was missing. (If this by any chance is a Global Shipping program purchase, that is a whole other issue though.)
