Self report your post to the moderators and ask them to remove your phone number ASAP.
If you did anything other than try to log into Paypal from their site, chances are someone has your log in information.
As stated, call Paypal ASAP and have them reset your account so you can change your login and password.
Also, once you get into your paypal account, make sure nothing has been accessed or changed, bank, credit/debit card, addresses or anything else personal.
