Tracking protects the seller not the buyer.
Did the seller (or eBay) mark the purchase Shipped in your Items Purchased List?
Since it has been 10 days, if the seller is in North America, use Contact Seller to ask:
When was this shipped? What service was used? What is the tracking number?
Again, a tracking number is irrelevant to you, you really just want the comfort of a response.
If the seller is in Asia, wait until May 28 to contact him.
