am I able to email ebay or is my only option to call concerning an item falsely cancelled

Hello 'wrapitupfrenzy',

You are not able to email ebay.  It's just as well, -- you wouldn't hear back from them anyway.

So your only option for assistance is to call, which takes a great deal of time and is not always as

helpful as one might like.

"An item falsely cancelled", you say.  Are you the seller whose listing was removed? Ebay can remove

listings for various reasons:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/questions/listing-ended.html

If you are the buyer and the seller cancelled the transaction, well, that's annoying but not forbidden:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/cancel-transaction-process.html

Perhaps if you post more details in your question some of the other members around here can offer

thoughts and suggestions.

By all means, call ebay if you have the time, but if that is not satisfactory, someone here on the boards

will surely be able to help.

Good luck. Smiley Happy

I was the buyer and seller cancelled transaction, as I was unable to pay. Each time I tried, a msg. appeared saying 'please change your mailing address'. Address was correct, so I contacted seller numerous times, as this kept happening, and they responded each time, to try again. Ebay contacted me and said it's cancelled and goes on my account as 'unpaid item'
