how do I get a summary for 2016

With the old classic paypal site I was able to get a monthly summary to print out.  I can't find a way to do that with their new design.  Does anyone know how to do that?  Thanks

No idea how to do with the new design -- but legacy paypal is not entirely dead...

Try these Paypal history shortcuts:

I believe the downloads are limited to 12 month ranges of data at a time.

You will probably need to sign up for a Business Account with PayPal then you will be able to access your Monthly Sales Summary and Monthly Financial Summary. 

Also look at the top of the PayPal account page and look for Summary, Money, Activity, Reports, Tools and More.

If you have all these then click on Reports for your Monthly Summaries....
