You need to contact the seller and kindly ask for them to retract your bid or cancel the transaction if you have won the auctioned item. Some sellers make an exception and some don't. So if the seller doesn't agree to cancel your bid and you win the auction, s/he may initiate an item not paid case in PayPal and you will get one of three item not paid strikes. After the 3rd strike, your account is shut down by eBay. As sellers, we don't like the hassle of having to do extra work that we don't need in the first place.
EBay isn't a place to place bids all over if you're not serious about making payment. Instead, place the item of interest in your "watch list" or "wish list" and make everyone's life easy breezy.
