Be even more careful with item description

I suggest you all be super detailed in your item description. Buyer sent an INAD because in  an lp I sold there were spindle marks (tiny lines around the hole from needle) and I had not noted that in description. On buyer's request I issued a full refund for cost of item, for cost of shipping and I also, as a gesture, let buyer keep the lp!!! Buyer was satisfied and even sent positive feedback. Nonetheless, I got a defect automatically when buyer opened INAD. If not resolved, I might have gotten 3 defects from this one transaction.

With upcoming new policy in which  seller will HAVE TO PAY return shipping,  try your best to describe EVERYTHING, beyond what you have been doing. As I said in a different post, with the subjective nature of INAD, we can expect increased problems.

Basic premise is to take pictures like you have no description and describe like you have no pictures.

You cannot get three defects from one transaction. There is a limit of one (1) per transaction.
