Buyer wants to cancel before I ship - how?

A buyer bought an item a few hours ago, they want to cancel si they can pay on a different credit card. How do I do this, I know I should know but I've never been asked to cancel at a buyers request before. Thanks.

She needed me to cancel for her right away so I went ahead and did a cancel "at buyers request". Hope it works out and I don't have any problems with this. She's a fairly new buyer.

That's generally what we do. I just blocked a guy who has done it to me THREE TIMES becuase he said he found the item cheaper after I accepted his offer.

I suspect that when that happens, the buyer is angling for a better deal (partial refund) as opposed to an actual cancellation. 

But I too would block them. That's a waste of your time and insertion fees and/or listing upgrade fees.

Some of my buyers were like this well.. you are right, I did the same thing
